The Cardiac Kids Do It Again!

The Houston Texans played in Denver today only for it to be the first time in franchise history to go 3-0! Although, we didn’t get there very easily. In our house, the Texans are known as the Cardiac Kids and for good reason. I would love to give you a play by play of everything from the game but frankly, I don’t care enough about the Broncos to do that. Instead, I’m gonna give you the good, the bad and the ugly of my dearest Cardiac Kids. Because although we’ve gone 3.0, what happened in the 4th Quarter today, shouldn’t have.

1) Arian baby, I love you when you’re on but you can’t run up the middle. Left and Right are directions too. Maybe consider going some those ways? 2) Martin, you have no business trying to catch the ball if you’re just gonna keep dropping it. 3) Holiday, ALL THE WAY HOLIDAY! You don’t have to go all the way every single return! Just get us in a good place to play the game. 4) BULLS on Parade! Even when you mess up you need to keep your head in the game. There is no Def in TEAM. You win TOGETHER. 5) Schaub… You have to learn to play well under pressure dude! You SUCK if you don’t. 6) Why did TJ only play 1 DOWN!? He is a play-off QB. We need to take advantage of that. 6) As far as I’m concerned, Watt, Cushing, A. Johnson, Smith and Tate can do NO wrong. 7) Little mistakes can still make or break a game. You can’t let that stuff slip through your fingers. Coverage and being on top that ball is EVERYTHING! And finally 8) YOU HAVE TO SCORE EVERY TIME YOU HAVE THE BALL! Possession is 9/10 of the law. It works both ways really.
